The range of films materials

THE RANGE OF FILMS MATERIALS

  • TOP COATING FILMS

Used as top coating films for sealing of trays, vacuum packaging and packaging in modified gas atmosphere. Special features: gloss and high optical transparency.

There are:

· High-barrier films for packing in modified gas atmosphere.

· Medium-barrier films for packing under vacuum.

· Low-barrier films for packing of deep-frozen products.

  • LOWER THERMOFORMING FILMS

Designed for product packaging under vacuum and in modified gas atmosphere on automatic thermoforming lines operating with rigid or soft bottom film.

  • FLOW-PACK

Designed for the packing of food products using "Flow-pack"-type packing machines.

Use of high-barrier packaging materials allows packing of products in modified gas atmosphere, which extends the shelf life of products. Option of individual and group packing of products of various shapes and sizes.

Packaging advantages:

· Cost-effectiveness.

· Attractive product appeal.

· Air-tightness.

· Properties allowing to preserve the freshness and product appeal of the product.

  • SEALING FILM FOR PP-TRAYS

It is used for packing of products in modified gas atmosphere and vacuum using “Tray Sealers”- type sealing machines.

Features:

· High transparency.

· Barrier properties.

· Eliminates the formation of condensation, which allows preserving the freshness and product appeal for a long time.

  • SKIN-PACKAGING

It provides the effect of the "second skin" due to the precise repetition of the natural shape and contours of the product. It allows the user to create a package with the most attractive appeal providing longer shelf life throughout the sale cycle.

Features:

· Possibility of vertical layout on displays.

· Easy opening.

· Ability to preserve flavor.

  • FILM FOR VACUUM POUCHES

Designed for the manufacture of pouches for further packaging under vacuum and in modified gas atmosphere of meat and fish products, cheese, nuts etc.

  • FILM FOR DEEP-FROZEN PRODUCTS

They are used for packing of frozen and ready-to-eat meat and fish products and various semi-finished products with the use of laminated materials BOPP/PE and PET/PE.

Packaging for deep-frozen products features reliable seals, withstands severe temperature drop, even shock freezing, and does not become brittle at sub-zero temperatures.

The packaging material possesses good heat sealability and puncture resistance.

  • GROCERY PRINTED FILMS

Used for packing of bakery and grocery products. Laminated CPP, PE, BOPP-films and various combinations thereof, consisting of two or more layers are used.

Material characteristics:

· High barrier properties (restrain light and have higher barrier to oxygen and water vapors, preserve fats in the package).

· High slipping properties.

· Excellent base for the interlayer print up to 10 colors, displaying the perfection of design and richness of colors.

· Perfect seal strength with fine dust particles of the product in the sealing zone.

  • CPP-FILMS

Allow packaging of freshly baked bread, as they have high melting point compared to other polymers. CPP-films do not let the odor pass through; do not interact with foods and are highly resistant to puncture and wide window sealing.

· High mechanical strength.

· High gloss.

·Transparency.

· Reliable seals.

  • FILMS FOR DAIRY PRODUCTS

Designed for packing of dairy products and the soils on high-speed machines of local and foreign manufacturers.

· These films are analogues of the foreign materials.

· The structure of three-layer co-extruded polyethylene films contains black/gray and white materials.

· Maintain thermal effects in the process of pasteurization and sterilization.

· Have excellent properties of heat sealability allowing the user to create high-strength seal.

The use of modern materials allows to reduce the thickness of the film in obtaining additional benefits on physical and mechanical characteristics and aesthetic properties and leads to savings in the packaging film.

Properties:

- High strength.

- Good slip.

- Provides the shelf life of the product.

  • MEDICAL FILMS

Used in the medical industry together with medical paper for packing of disposable syringes and other medical instruments using automatic thermoforming lines followed by sterilization.

This film allows achieving gas-tightness effect and single use possibility.

  • RIGID PVC FILMS

Used in various segments of food, construction and medical industry due to its high transparency, chemical resistance, excellent sealability and thermoformability.

For food industry / Intended for thermoforming:

· P-74EM GOST 25250-88 - for manufacture of food containers for packing of hot and cold products.

· P-73EM GOST 25250-88 - for manufacture of containers for food products, dairy products for packing in a cold state.

· "Correx" TU 6-02-49-92 - for making liners, containers for confectionery and consumer goods.

· "For packing of confectionery products" TU 05761910-307-93 - the basis for metal coating and thermoforming of liners for confectionery, food and consumer goods.

For medical industry:

· EP-73 GOST 25250-88 for packing of drug preparations in a cold state.

· EP-73S GOST 25250-88 for packing of suppositories in a hot state.

· High processability in welding with aluminum foil makes PVC film indispensable in the manufacture of packaging for drug preparations in a cold state.

For construction and other industries:

· For manufacture of wall panels.

· For lamination of window sills.

· For manufacture of toys, etc.
