In autumn-2015 measures were taken at JSC “DPO “Plastik” to rework its Quality Management System (QMS) in order to meet the requirements of Quality Standards with further certification procedure.
JSC “DPO “Plastik” is a major industrial complex possessing innovation technologies of polymer processing. The Company includes 6 production departments, and every one of them pays special attention to the quality of manufactured products. In November-2015 QMS audit was performed at the Company in order to its certification. Expert team of certification bodies performed Quality System compliance assessment to certification criteria and found it possible to issue certificates and permit for application of compliance marks. During the audit it was found that QMS was properly maintained and developed in accordance with the continuous improvement principle; it functioned effectively and was in conformance with established requirements.
In February-2016, based on the QMS audit results for injection-molded and extrusion products, the Certification Association issued the following:
1. QMS Conformity Certificate of injection-molded and extrusion production departments to ISO/TS 16949:2009 requirements with validity period from 15.02.2016 to 14.09.2018.
2. QMS Conformity Certificate of injection-molded and extrusion production departments to ISO 9001:2008 requirements with validity period from 15.02.2016 to 14.09.2018.
3. Permit for application of URS compliance marks.
